Application Instructions:

1. Preheat your heat press to 330°F (166°C).
2. Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 5 seconds.
3. Position the transfer film on the garment with the print side facing down.
4. Press for 15-20 seconds under medium pressure.
5. Peel the film cold, unless otherwise instructed.
6. Perform a final press for 5 seconds for enhanced durability.
